Pool heating is available from October through March for $150 per day, so the water stays comfortable for evening swims in the cooler months.
The party
Bring your own caterer or fire up the outdoor grill in the alfresco dining area. The covered poolside lounge keeps the shade close, and the basketball court and fire pit give the party somewhere to go after dark.
Half-day rentals start at $1,000 for up to 40 guests; full-day buyouts start at $1,800 for up to 70. Hourly rental is $250 per hour with a four-hour minimum, and setup and takedown count within the booked hours.
The night
Six bedrooms sleep up to 15, so the birthday crew or the family doesn't have to scatter at the end of the night. Estate stays start at $650 per night.
The villa is pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs, and the gourmet kitchen handles the morning-after breakfast without a catering bill.
