The estate
Ceremony by the courtyard pool, cocktails on the stone patio, dinner in the great room, dancing under the patio lights — weddings, quinceañeras, birthdays and retreats for up to 70 guests flow across one private property with no room flips and no curfew from a shared venue.
Pool heating is available from October through March for $150 per day. The basketball court, fire pit and covered lounge keep guests moving between moments.
Overnight
Six bedrooms sleep up to 15, so the wedding party or the birthday crew doesn't face the late-night drive back to Broward. Estate stays start at $650 per night, and the gourmet kitchen covers the morning after.
The villa is pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs, and extra guests find hotels about 20 minutes east in Wellington and West Palm Beach.
