The estate

The private courtyard pool anchors the estate — stone patio, lounge chairs, the great room opening straight onto the deck. Weddings, quinceañeras, milestone birthdays and corporate retreats for up to 70 guests, all with the whole property private to your group.

Pool heating is available from October through March for $150 per day, so evening events stay comfortable in the cooler months. The covered poolside lounge and fire pit carry the night after dark.

Flying family into MIA? Six bedrooms sleep up to 15 on the estate, so wedding parties and reunion groups skip the hotel block shuffle. Estate stays start at $650 per night, and the villa is pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs.

Extra guests find plenty of hotels in Wellington and West Palm Beach, about 20 minutes east — close enough for a shuttle, far enough that your venue still feels like an escape.

Villa Verano is a rental-only private estate: a booking includes private use of the 5,500-square-foot estate for your reserved hours. Event packages start at $1,000, with a four-hour minimum and hourly rental at $250 per hour. Setup and takedown count within the booked hours.
