Villa Verano is a corporate event venue near West Palm Beach built for the offsites teams actually remember: strategy sessions in the light-filled great room, breakout conversations on the shaded patio, and a courtyard pool, fire pit and basketball court for the downtime that makes teams click.
Up to 50 guests work comfortably for meetings and team events — no cavernous ballroom, no shared hotel floors, no strangers in the background of your photos.
The format
The estate is yours alone for the day. Bring your own caterer for lunch, your own AV and your own facilitator — Villa Verano is rental-only, so the day runs exactly the way you planned it.
Half-day rentals start at $1,000 for up to 40 guests; full-day buyouts start at $1,800. Hourly rental is $250 per hour with a four-hour minimum, and early vendor access is $125 per hour.
The stay
Six bedrooms sleep up to 15, so leadership or the whole team can stay the night instead of driving back across Palm Beach County. Estate stays start at $650 per night.
The Weekend Estate option runs Friday 3 pm to Sunday 11 am from $4,500 — arrive Friday, work and unwind Saturday, leave Sunday refreshed.
