The light-filled great room opens straight onto the pool deck, so receptions flow between air conditioning and open sky. Up to 70 guests for standing celebrations, up to 60 seated — with the whole property private to your group.

Pool heating is available from October through March for $150 per day. The covered poolside lounge, fire pit and basketball court give guests somewhere to drift between courses and toasts.

The hosts stay on site.

Six bedrooms sleep up to 15, so the couple, the birthday guest of honor or the executive team wakes up where the party happened. Estate stays start at $650 per night.
